The Corporate Group provides various services to support the Bank and help each of its business areas attain its strategic objectives. These services include:

Financial Management
  • Corporate Accounting
    Ensures the integrity of financial reporting and the underlying records of the Bank; provides acounting information services and coordinate changes to deposit account relationship; and manages the Bank’s disbursement processes.

    Management Information
    Manages the Bank's financial planning process, ensures the integrity of the Bank's financial control activities and promotes efficiency in financial management and reporting processes.

Strategic Investment and Risk Assessment (SIRA)
Manages the Bank’s operational risk program; spearheads business continuity planning and coordinates incident response activities for the Bank; oversees the review of the Bank’s significant investments in technology and building infrastructure to ensure that business objectives are met.

Real Estate and General Services
Provides a full range of real estate and general services to the Bank that are aligned with business needs and focused on efficiency, customer service and cost effectiveness. These services include property management, travel and food services.

  • Vendor Management and Procurement
    Provides leadership and value-added services to Bank business managers over the entire vendor life cycle. Through the use of best practices, complemented by advisory and support services, the goal is to drive greater value for the Bank from its suppliers and service providers, to enhance risk management and to ensure compliance with Bank policies.

Enterprise Data Management
Organizes and contributes to initiatives designed to improve information needed to accomplish business objectives across the Federal Reserve System and in the Bank.

Financial Management Strategy
Oversees data management program for finance, including governance, architecture and standard reference data.

Business Process Excellence (BPE)
Develops and executes the Bank’s vision and strategy for its continuous improvement discipline through program management and project execution; provides centralized BPE subject matter experts to partner with business areas to improve their process capability by applying BPE discipline; leading and coaching project teams; and promoting best practices and standards.
