Diane T. Ashley is a vice president and is the chief diversity officer in the Executive Office at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She is director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, which manages the Office of Minority and Woman Inclusion (OMWI) established in January 2011 as part of the Dodd-Frank Act. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is also responsible for putting the Bank’s commitment to diversity into visible action.

Prior to joining the New York Fed in July 2007, Ms. Ashley worked for Citigroup for 10 years, with her last position being a senior vice president and director of the supplier diversity program.

Ms. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in French from Yale University, a master's of education from Boston University and a juris doctor from Rutgers University.
