Jonathan J. Judge is president and chief executive officer of Paychex, Inc. When he joined the company in October 2004, he was also appointed to the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Board.

Prior to joining Paychex, Mr. Judge served as president and chief executive officer of Crystal Decisions, Inc. He joined the company in 2002 and was responsible for the overall operations and management of worldwide business.

Mr. Judge is a 25-year veteran of IBM. His career there culminated with his role as general manager of IBM's Personal Computing Division. He was also a member of IBM's Worldwide Management Council. Mr. Judge began his career at IBM as a salesman in 1976.

Mr. Judge serves on the board of directors of PMC-Sierra, Inc. and is a member of the compensation and audit committees for PMC-Sierra. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Harvard University.
