To All Depository Institutions in the Second Federal Reserve District:

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has advised us that a number of cashier's checks drawn on the National Bank of Commerce, Memphis, Tennessee, have been stolen. The instruments have serial numbers ranging from 321751 through 322000.
