To All Depository Institutions in the Second Federal Reserve District: The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has advised us that a number of cashier's checks drawn on the National Bank of Commerce, Memphis, Tennessee, have been stolen. The instruments have serial numbers ranging from 321751 through 322000. Any information you have concerning this matter should be brought to the attention of: National Bank of Commerce Information concerning these instruments also may be forwarded to the FDIC's Special Activities Section, 550 17th Street, N.W., Room F-612, Washington, D.C. 20429.
