To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: In a press release (pdf - 16kb), the Federal Reserve has announced the availability of "A Framework for Exchanging Image Returns (pdf - 1322kb)," an educational document designed to guide depository institutions using image technology to improve the return process by accelerating the flow of information back to collecting institutions and their customers.
