To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: In a press release, the Federal Reserve Board has announced the annual adjustments to Regulation D regarding the amount of net transaction accounts used in the calculation of reserve requirements and the cutoff level used to determine the detail and frequency of deposit reporting. The Board's notice is attached.
