To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: In a press release, the Federal Reserve Board has announced its approval of fee schedules for Federal Reserve Bank payment services, effective January 2, 2002. The fee schedules will be available at www.frbservices.org by November 12, 2001. The press release also announced the Board's approval of the 2002 private sector adjustment factor (PSAF) for Reserve Bank priced services and the 2002 net income on clearing balances (NICB).
