To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: In a bulletin, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U. S. Department of the Treasury has blocked the assets of two entities pending investigation pursuant to Section 106 of the U.S.A. Patriot Act of 2001.
