To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: To All State Member Banks and Others In a Supervisory Letter, the Federal Reserve Board issues a reminder of the requirement in Regulation H that state member banks must receive the prior approval of the Board before making any change in the general character of their business.
