To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: In a press release, the Federal Reserve Board, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and Office of Thrift Supervision announce the issuance of a draft of an account management and loss allowance guidance for credit card lending.
