To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned An election will be held under the provisions of section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended, to choose successors, to serve for three year terms, to Class A and Class B directors of this Bank whose terms will soon expire. The terms of Sanford I. Weill, Class A director, and Indra Nooyi, Class B director, will expire on December 31, 2006. John E. Sexton
