Economic Education improves public knowledge about the Federal Reserve System, monetary policy implementation, and promoting financial stability through the Museum and programs for K-16 students and educators, and the community.
The questionnaire helps the Federal Reserve monitor its complaint-handling program. Complainants are asked general questions about their dealings with Federal Reserve staff, if they were satisfied with the outcome of their complaint; whether final action was taken in a timely manner; and about some of their demographic characteristics, such as educational level, income, and race. On the basis of responses to the questions and any additional comments or suggestions offered, Board staff work with the appropriate staff at the Federal Reserve Banks to address any problems noted by complainants.
