This report is filed by a designated bank holding company subsidiary that engages in limited securities underwriting and dealing activities. The FR Y-20 consists of a Balance Sheet, Statement of Income, and supporting schedules for securities owned (including money market obligations) and a Statement of Changes in Stockholder's Equity.
