Why the Fed?

After working for a major financial services firm, I felt it was important to work for an organization that was equally, if not more, respected for its history and work it does on a daily basis. The Fed's mission and the role it is currently playing in this country played a critical part in my decision to join the Fed.

My Responsibilities

I am currently responsible for the New York Fed’s campus recruiting efforts. I also manage the numerous relationships the Bank has with its Diversity Partner Organizations (for example, the Robert Tiogo Foundation, INROADS and the Consortium for Graduate Studies, to name a few). I work closely with our Office of Diversity and Inclusion in expanding the Bank’s footprint in the diversity recruiting arena at the campus and professional level.

Challenges and Rewards of My Job

I find it rewarding to interact on a daily basis with students and professionals that have an interest in a potential career with the Fed. I also enjoy engaging with and working with various professionals across the Bank that have an interest in getting involved in our campus and diversity recruiting efforts.
