My Responsibilities |
| As the staff coordinator of the Cross Market Monitoring Group, I am responsible for managing our routine market monitoring products as well as coordinating the analytical strategy for our more in-depth pieces. In addition, I’m responsible for training new staff and making sure all the Trader/Analysts are adequately prepared to cover global market developments. |
Challenges and Rewards of My Job |
| I'm constantly relying on many of the quantitative skills that I had honed at grad school. What has surprised me the most is the extent to which the Fed supports and encourages staff members' career development. |
