Create a survey questionnaire
of at least 15 questions and a three-page report, titled,
“What do teenagers know about the different kinds
of insurance and how much they need of each kind?”
Among the topics you should include in your survey and
report are: 1) Principles
of Insurance; 2) Health
Insurance; 3) Life Insurance;
and 4) Automobile insurance.
To prepare for your project, you’ll need to access
the four tutorials and “More Information About
Insurance” below. Follow the directions that come
with the tutorials. After completing this preparation,
you’ll be ready to start creating your questionnaire.
