This training seminar, hosted by the Statistics Function of the New York Fed, addresses the Report of U.S. Ownership of Foreign Securities Including Selected Money Market Instruments (SHCA).

Representatives of the Bank's Securities Reports Division designed this seminar to provide an understanding of the reporting requirements and key issues that affect reporters filing Schedule 2 and Schedule 3.

Audience
This class will be beneficial for custodians, institutions that invest in foreign securities for their own portfolio and institutions that invest in foreign securities on behalf of others—including managers of funds, insurance companies and pension funds.

The targeted audience for this seminar includes those new to these report form filing(s), those who are familiar with the reporting requirements, but have not filed since the last quinquennial filing (2001), and those who submit annually. Additionally, the seminar is designed for prospective filers who may be required to file Schedule 2 and/or Schedule 3.
