Community Bankers Conference

Overview
The Bank Supervision Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York is pleased to announce its 2008 conference for the directors and senior management of community banking organizations in the Federal Reserve Second District.

The conference will consist of presentations on current industry developments and key bank supervision issues. The conference will provide an opportunity for the attendees to have a dialogue on areas of supervisory focus, the banking environment and matters of concern to them. Reserve Bank and other regulatory agency specialists from various disciplines will cover a number of topics including identity theft, CRE concentration guidance and other developments in risk management. Also, one of our economists will offer a presentation on current economic conditions and the outlook for the economy.
