Webcast of the changes to the report forms and instructions for the Annual Report of Bank Holding Companies (FR Y-6) and the Annual Report of Foreign Banking Organizations (FR Y-7), effective December 31, 2011, the Report of Changes in Organizational Structure (FR Y-10), effective January 1, 2012, as well as the changes made to the FR Y-10 online application.
