The Sunshine Provision Disclosure and Reporting of CRA-Related Agreements

Session Description The final rule to implement the CRA sunshine provision becomes effective on April 1, 2001. This provision requires nongovernmental entities or persons and insured depository institutions and their affliates that are parties to certain CRA agreements to make those agreements available to the public and to appropriate agencies. The provision also requires the parties to file annual reports concerning the funds disbursed as a result of those agreements. Join us to learn about CRA sunshine and its effect on your organization. Each session will begin at 8:30 am and will conclude by or before noon.
