Diana Bley is a program assistant and business support analyst for the Buffalo Branch. She supports the Bank’s regional outreach strategy in upstate New York. Ms. Bley is also the upstate coordinator for the Bank’s High School Fed Challenge competition.

Prior to joining the Bank in 1999, Ms. Bley was a grant writer and trombonist for the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. Ms. Bley earned a bachelor’s in performance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
