Jane Humphreys is a community affairs analyst. She focuses
on analysis related to community and economic development
issues impacting the upstate New York region.
Prior to joining the Bank in 2004, Ms. Humphreys was a
research assistant at State University of New York at Buffalo
for both the Center for Urban Studies and the Regional Institute.
Ms. Humphreys earned a master’s in urban planning
from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a bachelor's
from McGill University.
