David Lucca joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 2011 as an Economist in the Capital Markets Function. His primary research interests are asset pricing and macroeconomics, especially the monetary policy transmission mechanism.   Prior to joining the Bank, David was an Economist at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. David holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University.
