Each year, the Financial Markets Lawyers Group gathers opinions from counsel in various jurisdictions in which members firms are active in establishing the legal enforceability of settlement and closeout netting provisions of the FXC Master Agreements under local insolvency laws. The legal opinions sought address the IFXCO Master Agreement, along with the IFEMA, FEOMA and ICOM Master Agreement.
